• Service Phase 7 (Assistance in Awarding): Assisting in the review and evaluation of offers based on the object planner's performance specifications.
• Service Phase 8 (Site Supervision): Providing engineering technical control of the structural execution to ensure conformity with the approved static documents.

The project also has specific planning and monitoring goals concerning:

• Quantities: Implementation according to the approved room program, planning of unmentioned areas (e.g., corridors, technical rooms) to an economical and usable size, and adherence to existing studies, expert opinions, and client decisions.
• Qualities: The building must be durable, environmentally friendly, resource-efficient, and cost-effective, with all qualities to be sampled and coordinated with the client.
• Design, Functional, and Technical Goals: These are to be developed in close coordination with the client.
