TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply and installation of all sanitary-technical systems in the Nord+ comprehensive school project The services include, in detail, the manufacture, supply and installation of all sanitary-technical systems for the entire property. These include potable water supply, rainwater drainage, foul sewage disposal, fire-fighting systems, as well as kitchen drainage including grease separation. An additional component comprises sound insulation measures between room partitions in accordance with the building physics acoustics planning. Depending on the required sound insulation level, additional services are therefore required, which are advertised separately below. The contracting authority (AG) reserves the right to partially or fully transfer cost groups 200 and 400 to a municipal utility as contracting authority.
