TENDER DESCRIPTION
The delivery and installation of the entire heating systems in the Gesamtschule Nord+ project The services include, in detail, the fabrication, delivery and installation of the heating engineering systems for the entire property. These include the heat supply to all rooms to be heated using various heat consumers located in the rooms. A further component consists of sound insulation measures between room partitions in accordance with the building physics acoustics planning. Depending on the required level of sound insulation, additional services are required for this, which are subsequently tendered separately. The contracting authority (AG) reserves the right to transfer cost groups 200 and 400, in part or in full, to a municipal utility company as the client.
