TENDER DESCRIPTION
Delivery and installation of all heating systems in the Gesamtschule Nord+ project The services, in detail, include the manufacture, delivery and installation of the heating-engineering systems for the entire property. This includes providing heat supply for all rooms to be heated by means of different consumers within the room. An additional component is sound insulation measures between room partitions in accordance with the building-physics acoustics planning. Depending on the sound insulation requirements, additional services are required for this, which will be tendered separately below. The client (AG) reserves the right to transfer cost groups 200 and 400, in whole or in part, to a municipal utility company as the contracting authority.
