TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services, in detail, include the production, delivery and installation of the BMS (measurement, control and regulation) systems for the entire project. This includes controlling five RLT air-handling units (air handling units) that are controlled by presence detection. For events, two of the units can be switched to CO2 control. For waste rooms, kitchen extract air and the central cleaning chemical supply, there are separate extract air fans. Particular attention is required for the controls for the laboratory extract air and the smoke extraction of the ceramic kiln. For the dining hall, smoke extraction is provided by post-supply through doors. Heat supply is implemented via district heating. The BMS ensures the control of the feed pumps and units in the heating distribution manifold. The corridors are heated via underfloor heating, the control of which is also handled by the BMS. Furthermore, fault messages and sensor data from various trades, such as sanitary and heating, must be collected, processed and stored.
