TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services include, in detail, the manufacture, delivery and installation of the HVAC control and instrumentation (MSR) systems for the entire project. This includes controlling five air-handling units (RLT) which are controlled via presence detection. For events, two of the systems can be switched to CO2 control. Separate exhaust air fans are provided for waste rooms, kitchen extract air and the central cleaning chemicals. Particular attention is required for the controls for the laboratory exhaust air and the smoke extraction of the ceramic kiln. For the dining hall, smoke extraction is provided by make-up air through doors. The heat supply is realized by district heating. The MSR system is responsible for controlling the feed pumps and units in the heating distribution manifold. The corridors are heated by underfloor heating, the control of which is also handled by the MSR. In addition, fault messages and sensor data from various trades, such as sanitary services and heating, must be collected, processed and stored.
