New construction of a primary school with a one-court sports hall and a day-care centre (Kita); for this, substructure works (shell construction) including earthworks Total GFA approx. 6,600 m², basement approx. 400 m², ground floor approx. 2,600 m², floors 1-3 each approx. 1,200 m² Scope of services: Earthworks for excavation and foundation components incl. backfilling works, crushed stone for site set-up areas and crushed stone for the drilling base for bored pile drilling rig Foundation services works below the slab with manhole structures for grease separators Reinforced concrete construction: basement and ground floor complete, floors 1-3 only stairwells and lift shafts, precast concrete elements for all stair flights
