The City of Wertheim plans the new construction of the Grundschule Wertheim on the site of Carl-Roth-Straße in 97877 Wertheim am Main. - Earthworks: stripping of topsoil approx. 114 m³; formation of fine grading approx. 1,732 m², site access road approx. 458 m², site set-up including construction crane - Loosening of soil (excavation for building and utility trenches) total approx. 1,170 m³, backfilling in the building area approx. 590 m³ and in the utility trenches (sand/soil) approx. 950 m³, ground improvement (additional provision) approx. 585 m³ - Ground and drainage pipes PP DN 100 to DN 250, total approx. 795 m, including leak tightness testing in accordance with DIN EN 1610 - Drainage technology: inspection manholes, fat separator system NS 7, backflow preventer system - Conduits and trenches: drinking water (PE) approx. 56 m, district heating double pipe approx. 55 m, cable protection/conduits approx. 1,150 m as well as electrical installation conduits approx. 300 m, earthing system (foundation and ring earth electrode) approx. 695 m - Concrete and reinforced concrete works: blinding layer approx. 1,261 m², foundations and ground slabs approx. 420 m³, internal walls…
