TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Porta - Westfalica intends to demolish the existing school and construct a new 3-storey primary school complex with an integrated sports hall. On the site, there is also an existing sports hall which will be retained, as well as a heat station which will be newly constructed. The heat station serves to supply the new school complex as well as the existing sports hall. The heat station will be constructed simultaneously with the new school complex. The outdoor facilities will be redesigned as part of the construction work. Existing trees will be preserved as far as possible and integrated into the new outdoor areas. The contractor is responsible for the electrical installations of the school building and the heat station. The services to be tendered include, among others, the installation of safety lighting, low-voltage installations, lighting systems, lightning protection and grounding systems, search and signal systems, electroacoustic systems, hazard detection and alarm systems, and data transmission networks.
