TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Porta Westfalica intends to demolish the existing school and to construct a new 3-storey primary school complex with an integrated sports hall. On the site there is also an existing sports hall, which will be retained, as well as a heating station that will be newly built. The heating station is used to supply the new school complex and the existing sports hall. The heating station will be constructed at the same time as the new school complex. The outdoor facilities will be redesigned as part of the construction work. Existing tree stands will be preserved as far as possible and incorporated into the new outdoor facilities. The contractor is responsible for the ventilation and air-conditioning technology of the school building and the heating station. The advertised scope includes, among other things, the creation of air duct systems, delivery/installation/commissioning of ventilation systems and air-conditioning systems.
