TENDER DESCRIPTION

Munich Wohnen plans the new construction at Meindlstraße 14a in Munich-Sendling of a seniors’ and multi-generational housing development with a total of 68 apartments. In addition, an old people’s and service centre (ASZ), a community room and an underground car park with 27 parking spaces for passenger cars are planned. The construction project will be carried out using timber or timber hybrid construction. The contract award is for general contractor services including the required planning services.
