TENDER DESCRIPTION

Münchner Wohnen plans the new construction at Meindlstraße 14a in Munich-Sendling of a senior and multi-generational residential development with a total of 68 apartments. In addition, an Old People’s and Service Centre (ASZ), a community room and an underground car park with 27 parking spaces for cars are planned.
