Purpose/basis of the construction work This construction project is a training facility for military purposes. The focus is intended to be on conducting close-range shooting exercises. For this purpose, a shooting range hall (HSA) is required with two separate training areas (firing lanes 1 & 2) for live firing and two training and action rooms (AGSHP—simulation), as well as the necessary functional areas. Type of construction work: New-build measure for a shooting range hall on the basis of the introduced site-independent “Standard planning for shooting range halls of the Federal Armed Forces” (StdPlg HSA Bw, Lph 2 to Lph 6). The StdPlg HSA Bw is mandatory to apply. Site-specific measures and adaptations must be planned and executed specifically for each location. Building type The building structure of the shooting range hall is divided into two building components. The main building is a two-storey hall structure. The ground floor of the hall building is used primarily for shooting exercises. Both firing halls (long 6 x shooters, short 4 x shooters) are to be planned for firing with small arms.
