The scope of services includes in particular - The following plant and equipment technology must be automated: o A heating system with district heating connection and four heating circuits (2 × heating circuits with underfloor heating and 2 × heating circuits with air handling unit devices) o Various fault/alarm signals and small systems, such as lift, PV, safety lighting and exhaust air fans, etc. o Four air handling unit systems with duct network including BSK and volume flow controllers o Individual room control for underfloor heating - The control system is structured as follows: o One ASP in the heating room o One floor distributor each in the ground floor (EG) and in the 1st floor (1. OG) day-care centre o Four air handling unit ASPs in the empty spaces of the air handling unit devices - Data points: o approx. 425 physical DP o approx. 415 common/shared DP
