TENDER DESCRIPTION
Lot 01: Substructure works The municipality of Edemissen plans, on the plot at ?Eltzer Drift 4? in Edemissen, a single-storey new-build with two building parts, which are connected to each other by a wing/connecting section. The gross floor area is approx. 416 m2 and results from a small building part with the dimensions of approx. 9.07 m x 13.57 m, a connecting wing/section with the dimensions of approx. 3.30 m x 5.85 m, as well as a large building part with the dimensions of approx. 9.07 m x 27.07 m. Both building parts are to be executed as solid masonry construction with a pitched roof. While the large building part includes a tie-beam rafter roof and an intermediate ceiling, in the small building part a rafter roof is to be created without an intermediate ceiling underneath. For the connecting wing/section, the continuing intermediate ceiling of the large building shall serve as a flat roof construction. The connecting wing/section itself is planned as a glass construction.
