TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority plans the new construction of the wastewater treatment plant. Part of this project is the new construction of the operational building as well as the associated underground pipelines and shafts. This tender is a general contractor (GC) tender for the functional construction of the operational building. Dimensions and description of the operational building: It is a freestanding two-story building plus a basement with a footprint of approximately 680 m2. The building will be constructed in solid construction with a base slab, 2 floor slabs, and a flat roof made of reinforced concrete. The load-bearing exterior and interior walls will be made of sand-lime brick masonry. Where required, reinforced concrete columns have been added. Non-load-bearing interior walls will be realized as drywall stud walls and in wet areas from sand-lime masonry. The basement is planned as a "white tank" and will be executed with watertight concrete (WU concrete).
