TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority plans the new construction of the wastewater treatment plant. Part of this project is the new construction of the operating building and the associated underground pipework and shafts. This tender is a general contractor (GU) tender for the functional suitability-based construction of the operating building. Dimensions and description of the operating building: The project involves a detached two-storey building plus a basement with a floor area of approx. 680 m2. The building will be constructed using solid construction methods with a ground slab, 2 intermediate floor slabs and a flat roof made of reinforced concrete. The load-bearing exterior and interior walls will be made of calcium silicate masonry. Where required, reinforced concrete columns were added. Non-load-bearing interior walls are made as plasterboard stud walls and, in wet areas, as calcium silicate masonry. The basement level is planned as a “white tank” and will be executed with watertight concrete (WU concrete).
