TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is planning the new construction of the sewage treatment plant. Part of this project is the new construction of the operations building as well as the associated underground pipelines and shafts. This tender is a general contractor tender for the functional construction of the operations building. Dimensions and description of the operations building: It is a detached two-story building plus basement with a footprint of approx. 680 m2. The building is constructed in solid construction with a base slab, 2 floor slabs, and a flat roof made of reinforced concrete. The load-bearing exterior and interior walls are made of sand-lime brick masonry. Where necessary, reinforced concrete columns have been added. Non-load-bearing interior walls are realized as gypsum board stud walls and in wet areas from sand-lime brick masonry. The basement is planned as a "white tank" and will be constructed with waterproof concrete (WU concrete). Additionally, all soil-contacting, water-loaded reinforced concrete components are provided with a fresh concrete composite system arranged on the water side.
