TENDER DESCRIPTION

A major new construction of the Ober-Eschbach wastewater treatment plant is planned. A key boundary condition is that, during construction work, there must be no restriction on the plant’s cleaning performance. For this reason, existing plant components may only be taken out of service once the corresponding new plant components have been erected and are ready for operation. For this reason, the extension site is to be developed in the northern part of the wastewater treatment plant site within the construction phase that includes the mechanical equipment for the inlet pumping station covered by this tender. The following structures will be newly built: - Technical building 1 (TG01), which essentially includes the following plant components: screening plant, inlet pumping station, sand washer, screening system, container system for screenings, sand and screenings, blower station for aeration and the sand trap, surplus sludge pumping station, laboratory; - Sand and grease trap (SF); - Pre-treatment (VK); - Aeration tanks (BB); - Pipe channels for aeration and pre-treatment.
