TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Hechingen aims to implement the new construction of a day-care centre in the district of Stetten and in the immediate vicinity of the existing hall. The day-care facility is intended to comprise a total of five groups: two U3 groups with 10 children each and three U3+ groups with 20–25 children each. The forms of care to be offered are VÖ (extended opening hours on five days per week) and GT (full-day childcare). Therefore, the premises are to be developed in such a way that full-day childcare would be possible in two of the three U3+ groups. This enables flexible design of the childcare form tailored to the needs of families. The project will be implemented in a single construction phase. At present, it is still open whether implementation from performance phase 5 (execution planning) will be carried out via a general contractor. Therefore, the planning offices are initially to be commissioned only for performance phases 1–4.
