TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Hechingen aims to implement the construction of a new daycare centre in the district of Stetten and in the immediate vicinity of the existing hall. The daycare facility is intended to include a total of five groups: two U3 groups with 10 children each and three U3 groups with 20–25 children. The following childcare models are to be offered: VÖ (extended opening hours on five days per week) and GT (full-day care). Therefore, the rooms are to be developed in such a way that full-day childcare would be possible in two of the three U3 groups. This enables a flexible design of the childcare model, tailored to the needs of families. The project will be implemented completely in a single construction phase. It is currently open whether the implementation from performance phase 5 (execution planning) will be carried out via a general contractor. Therefore, the planning offices are initially to be commissioned only for performance phases 1–4.
