TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Hechingen aims to implement the construction of a new day-care center in the district of Stetten and in the immediate vicinity of the existing hall. The day-care facility is intended to comprise a total of five groups, including two U3 groups with 10 children each and three U3+ groups with 20–25 children. The care forms to be offered are VÖ (extended opening hours five days per week) and GT (full-day care). Therefore, the premises are to be expanded such that full-day care could be provided in two of the three U3+ groups. This enables flexible design of the care form, tailored to the needs of families. The project will be implemented in a single construction phase. At present, it is still open whether the implementation will be carried out from performance phase 5 (implementation planning) via a general contractor. Therefore, the planning offices are initially to be commissioned only for performance phases 1–4. A decision will be made at a later point in time as to whether the construction implementation will be carried out via individual awards or by a general contractor.
