TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Hechingen pursues the goal of implementing the new construction of a childcare facility in the district of Stetten and in the immediate surrounding area to the existing hall. The childcare facility is to comprise a total of five groups, including two U3 groups with 10 children each and three U3 groups with 20-25 children. The childcare forms to be offered are VÖ (extended opening hours five days per week) and GT (full-day childcare). The premises are therefore to be expanded such that full-day childcare would be possible in two of the three U3 groups. This enables a flexible design of the childcare form tailored to the needs of families. The project is to be implemented completely in a single construction phase. It is currently open whether the implementation from service phase 5 (execution planning) will be carried out by a general contractor. For this reason, the planning offices are initially to be commissioned only for service phases 1-4.
