TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Hechingen pursues the objective of implementing the new construction of a daycare center in the district of Stetten and in the immediate vicinity of the existing hall. The day-care facility is to comprise a total of five groups: two U3 groups with 10 children each, and three Ü3 groups with 20–25 children each. The care arrangements are to include VÖ (extended opening hours five days per week) as well as GT (full-day care). Therefore, the premises are to be developed in such a way that full-day care would be possible in two of the three Ü3 groups. This enables a flexible design of the care arrangement tailored to the needs of families. The project will be implemented entirely in a single construction phase. It is currently open whether implementation from service phase 5 (implementation planning) will be carried out through a general contractor. Therefore, the planning offices are to be commissioned initially only for service phases 1–4.
