TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Hechingen is pursuing the objective of implementing the construction of a new childcare facility in the district of Stetten and in the immediate vicinity of the existing hall. The childcare facility is intended to comprise a total of five groups, including two U3 groups with 10 children each and three U3 groups with 20–25 children each. The childcare forms to be offered are VÖ (extended opening hours on five days per week) and GT (full-day care). Therefore, the premises are to be expanded in such a way that full-day care would be possible in two of the three Ü3 groups. This enables a flexible design of the childcare arrangement, tailored to the needs of the families. The project will be implemented in a single construction phase. It is currently still open whether the implementation will be carried out from service phase 5 (execution planning) via a general contractor. Therefore, the planning offices are initially to be commissioned only for service phases 1–4. A decision will be made at a later point in time as to whether the construction implementation will be carried out through individual awards or by a general contractor.
