TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the invitation to tender is the redesign of the approximately 2,800 m² outdoor areas of the Kinderhaus am Fluss in Künzelsau. The services include in particular preliminary and demolition works, earthworks and drainage works, the construction of foundations, walls, staircases and paved areas, the creation of play areas including impact protection surfacing, the installation of equipment components, fencing and gates, as well as planting and vegetation works including final completion maintenance and two years of development care. The measure also includes the reinstatement of a section of the adjacent footpath. The play equipment is tendered separately and supplied and installed by the manufacturer.
