The municipality of Hohenlinden intends to build a 6-group children’s facility with 3 nursery groups on the ground floor and two kindergarten groups and an optional group (kindergarten or nursery) on the upper floor, in prefabricated timber construction on a reinforced concrete slab foundation. Building data: 2 storeys, not basements Building footprint approx. 1,100 m2 Floor area approx. 1,830 m2 Building height up to approx. 8.6 m Key services: For the new construction of the children’s facility, the provision and installation of a modern large kitchen for the cold and warm kitchen is planned. The kitchen is to be designed and equipped in a functional, hygienic and needs-based manner. It includes the required work, storage, cooling and dishwashing areas as well as the necessary cooking and preparation equipment for efficient, safe and hygienic meal service.
