TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Hohenlinden intends to build a six-group children’s home with 3 nursery (children’s crèche) groups on the ground floor, and two kindergarten groups and one choice group (kindergarten or crèche) on the upper floor, in prefabricated timber construction on a reinforced concrete ground slab. Building data: 2 storeys, not basement Building footprint approx. 1100 m2 Floor area approx. 1830 m2 Building height up to approx. 8.6 m Key services: For the new construction of the children’s home, the equipment and outfitting of a modern large kitchen for both cold and hot food preparation is planned. The kitchen must be planned and equipped in a functional, hygienic and needs-based manner. It includes the required work, storage, cooling and dishwashing areas, as well as the necessary cooking and preparation appliances for efficient, safe and hygienic food service.
