The municipality of Hohenlinden intends to construct a 6-group childcare facility with 3 childcare crèche groups on the ground floor and two kindergarten groups and one choice group (kindergarten or crèche) on the upper floor, in timber construction on a reinforced concrete ground slab. The subject of this contract unit is the supply and installation of timber interior doors as part of the construction of the overall building. Building details: 2 storeys, not baselined Gross floor area approx. 1,100 m² Floor area approx. 1,830 m² Building height up to approx. 8.6 m Key services: Timber interior doors with frame linings T0/T30 1- or 2-leaf, approx. 28 units Timber interior doors with rebated frames (stock frames) T0/T30 1- or 2-leaf, approx. 7 units Timber interior doors with requirements for rooms with moisture exposure T0/T30 1- or 2-leaf, approx. 12 units
