TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction work involves the construction of a new child day-care facility in Reichenbach an der Fils. The two-storey building will be constructed using timber frame construction (external walls) and timber solid construction (internal walls). The building has no basement and is located opposite the sports hall at Lützelbach. The plot was used as a parking area up to the start of construction work and has a slight slope to the south. In the area of the building, soil improvement is planned; in addition, the site will be newly modelled. Several trees are located on the plot and must be specially protected during the work. The tender includes, among other things: • Approx. 500 m² timber façade made of white fir (Weißtanne), including substructure and thermal insulation • Roof edge trims, fascia/soffit cladding for the parapet (Attika) and plinth cladding made of colour-coated aluminium strip • Supply and install approx. 130 m of timber slats (cross-section 70×120 mm, individual length approx. 2.00 m) in the roof edge area • Approx. 20 m of timber slats (individual length approx. 6.00 m) including load-bearing steel substructure • Approx. 70 m of timber slats as fall…
