TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure involves the construction of a new day-care center in Reichenbach an der Fils. The two-storey building is built using timber frame construction (external walls) and timber solid construction (internal walls). The building has no basement and is located opposite the sports hall on Lützelbach. Until the start of the construction project, the plot was used as a parking lot and has a slight slope to the south. In the area of the building, ground improvement is planned; in addition, the site will be re-profiled. Several trees are located on the plot and must be particularly protected during the work.
