TENDER DESCRIPTION
The architecture is intended to emphasize clear structures, natural materials, and generous natural lighting, and to consider, for example, features such as timber massive construction as both a load-bearing and design element, alternatively timber hybrid construction, flexible room layouts for later usage variations and later expansion possibilities to include an additional group room. The building is to fit harmoniously into the largely level site and open up to the outdoor areas with direct access. The new construction is also to meet high ecological and energy-efficiency standards in the spirit of sustainability, such as timber construction with CO2 storage, an extensively greened roof to improve the microclimate, and a photovoltaic system for generating electricity for its own use. The design of the premises is to enable use by all age groups, from U2 to preschool children. The local municipality of Ebertsheim therefore publishes the architectural services for the construction of the day nursery in accordance with Section 73 of the VgV.
