TENDER DESCRIPTION

The architecture is to emphasize clear structures, natural materials and generous natural lighting, and, for example, include features such as timber solid construction as a load-bearing and design element, alternatively timber hybrid construction, flexible room layouts for later use variants and later expansion possibilities to include an additional group room. The building is to blend harmoniously into the largely level site and open up to the outdoor areas with direct access. Furthermore, the new construction is to meet high ecological and energy-related standards in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency, such as timber construction with CO2 storage, an extensively greened roof to improve the microclimate, and a photovoltaic system for generating electricity for own use. The layout of the rooms is to enable use by all age groups, from U2 to pre-school children. The local municipality of Ebertsheim is therefore issuing the architectural services for the new construction of the daycare center pursuant to § 73 VgV.
