TENDER DESCRIPTION

The architecture should place value on clear structures, natural materials and ample daylighting, e.g. by considering features such as timber solid construction as a load-bearing and design element, alternatively timber hybrid construction, flexible room layouts for later use options and later expansion possibilities to include an additional group room. The building should fit harmoniously into the largely level site and open up to the outdoor areas with direct access. In addition, the new construction is to meet high ecological and energy standards in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency, such as timber construction with CO2 storage, a roof with extensive green planting to improve the microclimate, and a photovoltaic system for generating electricity for own use. The design of the premises should enable use by all age groups, from U2 to pre-school children. The local municipality of Ebertsheim therefore awards the services for Technical Building Services for the new day nursery in accordance with § 73 VgV.
