TENDER DESCRIPTION

The architecture is to place value on clear structures, natural materials and generous daylighting, and is to take into account characteristics such as timber solid construction as a load-bearing and design element, alternatively timber hybrid construction, flexible spatial layouts for later usage options and the possibility of later expansion by an additional group room. The building is to fit harmoniously into the largely level site and is to open up towards the outdoor areas with direct access routes. In addition, the new construction is to meet high ecological and energy-related standards in the spirit of sustainability and energy efficiency, for example timber construction with CO2 storage, an extensively greened roof to improve the microclimate, and a photovoltaic system for generating electricity for own use.
