TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction of a new day-care center is planned in the Angersdorf district. The construction measure includes the erection of a two-storey building in timber - solid - hybrid construction and the associated external facilities, including provision of access to the property. The plot is accessed via a local access road (Ahornstraße / An der Feuerwache), which branches off from the L163 (Lauchstädter Straße). These local access roads (Ahornstraße / An der Feuerwache) and the adjacent car park are surfaced with bitumen. The access route further leading from there at the construction site is an unpaved grass path. Prior to use, the site was unused/barren or used for agricultural purposes. The load-bearing capacity and suitability for vehicle traffic are therefore limited in part, or, in the raw state, only weather-dependent. A construction-site setup exists via a third trade. This means that a WC container (separated by gender with 3 WC facilities, 2 urinals, 2 washbasins) is secured with construction fencing and with mobile video surveillance.
