TENDER DESCRIPTION

The negotiated procedure is carried out with a participation competition in accordance with §14 para. 3 no. 2 VgV. The award is made in stages for the scope of services Technical equipment ELT in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2021 in the currently applicable version. Attention is drawn to the assignment in service stages: The commissioning of all service phases 1 to 9 is to be carried out in stages and on call for technical reasons related to funding. The planning services include all required services for the measure to be carried out, in accordance with the present task and service description (based on HOAI 2021) that are necessary for the proper and complete performance of the planning as well as other required services. The above services are the basis for the fee to be offered in accordance with the present service description. The basic services and, if applicable, necessary special and project-specific services listed in the above service scopes expressly refer to the HOAI in each case in its respective currently applicable version.
