TENDER DESCRIPTION

The negotiated procedure is conducted with a participation competition in accordance with §14(3) no. 2 VgV. The contract will be awarded in stages for the scope of services “Technical equipment (ELT)” in accordance with §55 HOAI 2021 in the currently valid version. Notice is given regarding the assignment in service stages: For funding-related reasons, the commissioning of all service phases 1 to 9 is to be carried out in stages and on call. The planning services include all required services for the measure to be carried out in accordance with the present terms of reference and description of services (in line with the basis HOAI 2021) that are necessary for the proper and complete execution of the planning as well as for any other required services. The above-mentioned services are the basis for the fees to be offered in accordance with the present description of services.
