TENDER DESCRIPTION

The negotiated procedure is carried out with a participation competition in accordance with §14(3) no. 2 of VgV. The award shall be made in stages for the scope of services Technical equipment HLS in accordance with §55 HOAI 2021 in the currently applicable version. The awarding in performance stages is noted: For technical and funding-related reasons, the commissioning of all service phases 1 to 9 is to be carried out in stages and on call. The planning services include all required services for the measure to be carried out in accordance with the present terms of reference and description of services (based on the HOAI 2021 principles) that are necessary for a proper and complete execution of the planning as well as other required services. The above-mentioned services form the basis of the fee to be offered in accordance with the present description of services. The basic services and, if applicable, necessary special and project-specific services listed in the above-mentioned scopes of services expressly refer to the HOAI in its respective currently applicable version.
