TENDER DESCRIPTION

The negotiated procedure is carried out with a participation competition in accordance with §14(3) no. 2 VgV. The contract award is carried out in stages for the service profile Technical equipment HLS in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2021 in the currently valid version. Attention is drawn to the assignment in service stages: For technical and funding reasons, the assignment of all service phases 1 to 9 is to be carried out in stages and on call. The planning services include all required services for the measure to be carried out in accordance with the present terms of reference and specification of tasks and performance (in accordance with the basis HOAI 2021) that are necessary for the appropriate and complete execution of the planning as well as other required services.
