TENDER DESCRIPTION

The negotiated procedure is carried out with a participation competition in accordance with §14 para. 3 no. 2 VgV. The award is made in stages for the service category structural engineering planning in accordance with § 51 HOAI 2021 in its currently valid version. Attention is drawn to the commissioning in service stages: For funding-related reasons, the commissioning of all service phases 1 to 6 is to be carried out in stages and on call. The planning services include all required services for the measure to be carried out in accordance with the present task and performance description (based on the basis HOAI 2021) which are necessary for the proper and complete execution of the planning as well as other required services. The above services are the basis for the fee to be offered in accordance with the present performance description. The basic services and, if applicable, any necessary special and project-specific services listed in the above service categories expressly refer to the HOAI in its respective currently valid version.
