TENDER DESCRIPTION

The negotiated procedure is carried out with a participation competition in accordance with §14(3) no. 2 VgV. The award is made in stages for the scope of services Structural engineering services in accordance with § 51 HOAI 2021 in the currently valid version. Attention is drawn to the assignment in service stages: For funding-related reasons, the assignment of all service phases 1 to 6 is to be carried out in stages and on call. The planning services include all required services for the measure to be carried out in accordance with the present terms of reference and scope of services (in line with the basis of HOAI 2021) which are necessary for the proper and complete execution of the planning as well as other required services. The above services form the basis of the fee to be offered in accordance with the present scope of services description. The basic services listed in the above scope of services as well as any necessary special and project-specific services expressly refer to HOAI in its respective currently valid version.
