TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction project involves the new build of a single-storey child day-care center in the district of Piesbach in the municipality of Nalbach. The building plot is located on Hauptstraße in Piesbach behind existing residential development. Between house numbers 9 and 13 there is a site access road via which the plot is connected. The single-storey building structure with a floor area of approximately 1,900 m2 is a solid construction made of calcium silicate masonry (calcium sand-lime bricks) with an external thermal insulation composite system and plastered façade. The pitched roof is constructed for the most part as a nail rafter and cold roof. Only the front part of the building, in which the technical level is located, is planned as an insulated cut timber rafter roof (Sparrendach) with a dormer. In the areas of the bistros and the multi-purpose room, there will be two sections that are designed as flat roofs. Inside the building, both kindergarten and nursery (crèche) groups will be accommodated, ensuring care across different age groups.
