TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction project involves the construction of a single-storey day-care center in the locality of Piesbach in the municipality of Nalbach. The building plot is located on the Hauptstraße in Piesbach behind existing residential development. Between house numbers 9 and 13 there is a site access road through which the plot is developed. The single-storey building with a floor area of approximately 1,900 m2 is a solid construction made of calcium silicate masonry with an external thermal insulation composite system and a plaster façade. The pitched roof will be constructed for the most part as a nailer binder roof and cold roof. Only the front part of the building, in which the technical level is located, is planned as an insulated rafter roof with dormer. In the areas of the bistros and the multi-purpose room, there will be two sub-areas, which will be designed as flat roofs. Inside the building, both kindergarten and crèche groups will be accommodated, ensuring care across different age groups. The spatial structure follows a functional concept that meets the requirements of a contemporary early childhood education facility.
