The subject of this award procedure is the contract package "façade work: aluminium windows, wood-aluminium windows, steel mullion-and-transom façade, steel lightweight exterior walls". Further reference is made to the bill of quantities. The scope of performance includes not only the construction but also the maintenance and repair of the structural facilities for a period of 4 years.
