TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procurement procedure is the contract package "Façade works: aluminium windows, wood-aluminium windows, steel mullion-transom façade systems, steel lightweight external walls". Reference is made below to the specifications of services. The scope of the work covers not only the construction, but also the maintenance and repair of the structural assets for a period of 4 years. The maintenance contract is to be completed and signed and submitted with the tender. The work cards (annex to the contract) must be offered without changes.
