TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the contract package "Façade works: aluminium windows, timber-aluminium windows, steel post-and-rail façades, lightweight steel external walls". Further reference is made to the bill of quantities. The scope of services includes not only the construction, but also the maintenance and remedial works for a period of 4 years. The maintenance contract is to be submitted completed and signed together with the tender. The work schedules (appendix to the contract) are to be offered without changes.
