TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is consultancy and planning services for optimizing, updating and accompanying the overall hospital logistics concept for the health quarter, divided into the areas new-build and existing facilities and, chronologically, into Phase 1 (interim logistics concept) and Phase 2 (target logistics concept). The scope of services comprises five consecutive service phases (LPH), which relate exclusively to the present specialist logistics planning and must not be confused with the service phases of HOAI: - LPH 1: Determination of basics & analysis of the existing situation (IST analysis, interface check construction/logistics, project separation) - LPH 2: Logistics master plan & process optimization (updating the rough concept, technology deep-dive including, among others, RFID, drone transport, pneumatic tube postal systems, AMR, appointment slot rail, cost estimate) - LPH 3: Detailed planning & system definition (detailed concept, BPMN process modelling, warehouse dimensioning) - LPH 4: AMR test run, TCO assessment & tender preparation (actual AMR test run, economic efficiency study, assistance with the award of the final logistics systems) - LPH 5:…
