TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure described below involves a new hospital building as a replacement new building for the Kreiskrankenhaus Alsfeld (district hospital), which is currently in existence and is expected to be demolished in the future. The planned new building will be a hospital providing basic care. The new building structure is a four-storey rectangular block, the upper floors of which are set back relative to the ground floor. The main entrance is located in the overhang. The necessary technical central units are arranged as subordinate structural components on the roof surface of the building structure. The subject of this tender is scaffolding works. The scope of services includes erecting, converting and dismantling, as well as the letting for use of scaffolds and platforms that are required as auxiliary structures for the execution of construction work of any kind. The scaffolds and platforms include a stair tower, scaffold stairways of various widths, bridging of shafts, access points and consoles.
