TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure described below involves new construction of a hospital as a replacement building for the Kreiskrankenhaus Alsfeld currently existing on site, which is intended to be demolished in the medium term. The planned new building will be a hospital for basic care. The new building consists of a four-storey rectangular block whose upper floors are set back from the ground floor. The main entrance is located under the overhang. The necessary technical central units are placed as subordinate components on the roof area of the building structure. The subject of this invitation to tender is scaffolding work. The scope includes erecting, converting and dismantling, as well as the provision for use (lease) of scaffolds and platforms needed as auxiliary structures for carrying out construction work of any kind. The scaffolds and platforms include a stair tower, scaffold stairs of different widths, bridging of shafts, access points and cantilevers. The construction lift is installed directly on the building and is set up and operated on site by the trade of building logistics. The scaffolds only connect to the building laterally.
